The Three Elements

The Three Elements are the resources every human deploys across the ME Triangle™: Time, Money, and Energy.

Everything you want more of comes down to how these three are invested.

Time

The only strictly finite one. Roughly 22,000 days between graduating and the end. Protected through health, through care, and through refusing what does not matter.

Money

The most misunderstood. It is a resource, not a scoreboard. Properly deployed it buys back time, or buys energy directly.

Energy

The most overlooked, and routinely confused with time. Not every hour is equal. The same activity drains one person and refuels another. Energy is replenished, not merely spent, which makes it the one element you can genuinely manufacture.

Common mistake

Treating time as the only constraint.

Most operators schedule as though every hour has identical capacity, then wonder why the calendar is full and nothing moved. A Time Challenge is the fastest way to see the difference between the hours you spent and the hours that produced something.
