Michael started DeepSky in 2009 and soon made his name in the accounting world as a tech-savvy accounting firm. People saw him as one of the most innovative pioneers in the outsourced accounting space. Behind the publicity, however, he struggled with the day to day of running a firm. Consistently falling short of his $1m goal despite all the conferences he attended and the long hours worked. So he left the accounting world in search of a better path. It took him 13 years, $250,000+ in continued education, and running several successful (and many failed ones) businesses to distill the knowledge of what is MEASURE x HACK™ today. Through DeepSky, he has consulted with over 250 companies in the CFO capacity, held strategy workshops with leadership teams, and taught financial literacy to CXOs of these companies. Now, for the first time ever, he will be sharing everything he’s learned through these experiences with other accountants so that they may avoid following the tracks of an overthrown chariot.
